At Aesthetics by AM, we are committed to providing high-quality wellness and skincare products. Due to the nature of many of the products we offer, certain items are not eligible for return once they have left our possession. Please review the following policy carefully.
Returns
We accept returns of unused, unopened, and undamaged products within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, products must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition.
Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and quality assurance reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
Opened or used products
Prescription medications
Weight loss medications and compounded products
Injectable products
Personalized supplement recommendations or wellness plans
Digital products or downloadable content
Gift cards
Perishable products
Clearance or promotional items marked "Final Sale"
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the product and packaging so we can evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund when appropriate.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are received damaged, defective, or if an incorrect item was shipped. To request an exchange, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide your order number along with photos of the product and packaging.
For safety and quality assurance reasons, we do not offer exchanges for:
Opened or used products
Supplements
Prescription medications or compounded products
Injectable products
Personalized wellness recommendations or digital products
Products purchased on sale or marked as final sale
If your exchange request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item and will ship a replacement product at no additional cost.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund after it has been approved.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was caused by Aesthetics by AM.
Refund Processing
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or denial of your refund. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to be processed by your financial institution after the refund has been initiated. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
Original shipping charges and applicable restocking fees are non-refundable unless the return is the result of an error by Aesthetics by AM.
Restocking Fee
Approved returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee to cover processing, inspection, and handling costs. The restocking fee will be deducted from the amount refunded.
No restocking fee will be charged for items that were damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped by Aesthetics by AM.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled prior to shipment. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled and will be subject to this Return Policy.
No Guarantee of Results
Individual results from supplements, skincare products, wellness programs, and other products may vary. Because outcomes differ among individuals, Aesthetics by AM does not guarantee specific results, and dissatisfaction with results alone does not qualify a product for a refund.
